The chain itself measures 77cm (83cm with the centre unit included) and the lock and the mount combined only add 624g to your bicycle so it wont hold you back on the hills.
Strong, Secure Bike Lock
These bike locks are made from a series of riveted, interlocking segments to form a robust chain. This design allows the full chain to wrap around the main unit quickly and easily, making it much easier to transport than a conventional chain or cable lock. The centre unit of the item houses the locking mechanism which is locked and unlocked using a key. Each lock comes with a set of 3 keys to make sure you always have a back up if you lose your key.
Mounting Options
Rather than having to keep your lock in a bag or wrap it directly around your frame, these locking cables can come with their own mount. This either be fitted to the frame using the accompanying screws (allen key required). If your mounting spots are already taken up by bottles cages and repair kits then you can use the straps to attach it to your frame. The straps themselves are velcro fastening and have additional rubberised threads to ensure that it does not slip when in use.
