Build an adjustable free-weight setup with Komodo Spinlock Dumbbell Bars. Supplied as a pair, these solid steel bars fit standard 1-inch weight plates and are available in 14-inch, 16-inch or 18-inch lengths.

Adjustable Resistance

Change your weight plates to suit your exercises and training level. Spinlock collars remove for plate changes, then tighten to hold the plates in position.

A Choice of Three Lengths

Choose the bar length and loading space that suit your setup. Each size features solid steel construction with a chrome finish and knurled centre handles for added grip.
