Versatile Strength Training
Use the bars with compatible Olympic weight plates for exercises such as biceps curls, rows and dumbbell presses. Each bar measures 51 cm long and weighs 3.6 kg before plates are added.
Knurled Grip and Revolving Ends
The knurled handles provide added grip, while revolving bar ends allow the sleeves to rotate during movement. Spring collars hold the weight plates in position.
