Supported Curl Training
The padded support provides a resting surface for your upper arms during one- or two-arm preacher curls. Barbell rests give you a place to set down a compatible bar between sets.
Adjustable Support and Barbell Rests
Adjust the arm support height from 64 to 86 cm and the barbell rests from 44 to 54 cm to suit your setup. The seat sits at a height of 40 cm.
Steel Frame with Non-Slip Feet
The steel construction and non-slip rubber feet help provide a stable base. The bench has a maximum user weight of 120 kg, while the barbell rack has a separate maximum load capacity of 150 kg.
