Two Adjustable Weight Options
The 5 kg set holds up to 2.5 kg per ankle, with five removable 0.5 kg pouches in each weight. The 10 kg set holds up to 5 kg per ankle, with five removable 1 kg pouches in each weight. Add or remove pouches to change the resistance in measured increments.
Secure Pouches and Adjustable Straps
Zipped compartments help keep the weight pouches in place during use. The straps thread through metal loops and secure with hook-and-loop fastenings, allowing you to adjust the fit. The weights can be worn around compatible ankles or wrists for controlled exercises.
