Our versatile Adjustable Sit Up Ab Bench enables you to improve your core strength. This bench features a stable platform with comfortable padding which can be adjusted to 4 different positions in order to increase or decrease the angle of incline. The adjustable incline gives you precise control over the effort required to perform your reps and so reduces the possibility of muscle injuries. You can set-up your bench to suit your fitness level. Foot anchors help to protect your lower back as you exercise.

The robust steel frame construction caters for a maximum user weight of 120kg and the bench is light enough to move around your home or gym when you need to. Better still, the bench folds down for easy storage.

How to Use Your Adjustable Sit Up Ab Bench:

  1. Set the ab bench angle based on your fitness level. If you are a beginner, you should set a shallow angle and then progress to steeper angles.
  2. Lie back on the bench. Secure your feet under the pads at the top of the bench. Place your arms across your chest or behind your head. Take care not to yank your neck as you exercise.
  3. Press your lower back into the bench. Your lower back should not lift off the bench at any point during your exercise.
  4. Sit up whilst exhaling. Hold at the top for two counts.
  5. Inhale as you slowly lower yourself back to your starting position.
  6. Maintain control throughout the exercise.
